Process Serving
A process server personally delivers or "serves" legal documents to a person or corporation involved in a court case.
Personal service of legal documents is often required in divorce and family law matters, civil litigation, criminal matters, and residential tenancy disputes.
Our process serving is completed or supervised by a former Peace Officer, with 10+ years of experience in enforcement and investigations.
The more information you can provide us about the individual / corporation being served, the better our chances at achieving successful service in as few attempts as possible.
Although we are unable to guarantee that every service will be successfully executed within a limited time period, we are confident you will recognize our professional and diligent effort in every case.
